Contemplation in Aqua - Part of the 2025 Zen Collection—is both calming and dynamic.
I used various shades of aqua blues and greens to create a sense of serenity, framed by soft black diffuse edges that set a moody, atmospheric tone. The composition is subtle, striking, and meditative. The vibrant rectangular shapes are static, yet full of subtle variation. The painting is divided by a band of rhythmic, knife-texture, with warm metallic tones and vibrant accents.
